Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of career pathways, upskilling, and leadership development initiatives
  • Design and deliver engaging learning experiences that meet the diverse needs of our workforce

Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in an L&D, HR, or training role
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles and best practices
  • Experience facilitating live training sessions and managing onboarding programs
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
