Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled professional to drive the commercial success of our brand by identifying, developing, and managing specification opportunities within the architectural, design, and construction markets.
About the Opportunity:
This role is pivotal in building strong relationships with key stakeholders such as architects, developers, builders, and contractors to increase brand awareness, secure project specifications, and convert them into sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic plans for specification growth across EQUITONE's range of fibre cement panels.
- Provide expert support across the entire project lifecycle, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication with cross-functional teams.
- Champion the value proposition of EQUITONE's solutions, highlighting their unique benefits and advantages.
- Cultivate market share growth through strategic partnerships and collaborations with key industry players.
- Collaborate with architects, builders, and contractors to understand evolving design needs and trends.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in architectural sales or business development, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Able to manage complex sales cycles, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining high levels of productivity and efficiency.
