**About the Company**
An opportunity exists for you to join a dynamic company that is the fastest growing distributor in the Asia Pacific region and thriving. The company is built on a team of dedicated individuals and is looking to add a dedicated Commercial Specification Manager.

**About the Role**
Reporting to the National Sales Manager your objective is to plan and implement specific account management and business development strategies to maximise the sales and profits and exceed the sales target for the company in Queensland. Being part of the sales team, you will also be required to provide market feedback to your Manager in the support of ongoing improvement initiatives of our product and service offering to our customers.

**Your Duties**
- Achieve sales growth by offering our current products/services to existing customers primarily within the commercial segment value chain
- Develop strong and mutually beneficial relationships with key staff in each account
- Group and one on one training presentations to educate specifiers and customers about our products and capabilities with a view to obtaining product specifications
- Tracking of commercial projects through all stages of the project
- Identify any specification opportunities and report this information
- Leverage the use of your "face to face" customer time by working with the internal sales team assisting you

**Skills and Experience**
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Success in selling high value products via inbound and outbound telephone calls
- Must have established contacts with Architects and Designers
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to work as part of a team
