Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our data transformation efforts. As a Senior Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing expert advice and services to government clients.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with large-scale data transformations and a deep understanding of data strategy, platforms, governance, and frameworks used by Australian government organizations.

You will be responsible for developing new client work, providing vision and direction to the team, setting strategic business targets, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

About the Role
  • Lead data transformation projects and develop new client work with existing and new clients.
  • Provide expertise on data strategy, platforms, governance, and frameworks to government clients.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business targets.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience working with organizations undergoing large-scale data transformations.
  • Strong understanding of data strategy, platforms, governance, and frameworks used by Australian government organizations.
  • Knowledge of contemporary technologies including networks, hyperscale clouds, common SaaS applications, end-user compute, and data and AI tools/platforms.
  • Proven project management skills and ability to lead teams in delivering data transformation projects.
