About the Role

The Consumer Relations Coordinator role plays a vital part in supporting our organisation to learn and grow from individual feedback.

This position is responsible for enhancing the consumer and family experience through effective management of formal and informal feedback, ensuring timely responses and resultant outcomes.

Expertise in investigation of health complaints enables them to assist teams in developing appropriate actions and recommendations as a result of investigation. The Consumer Relations Coordinator also monitors the implementation of recommendations that have come out of complaints.

The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills with high-level verbal, non-verbal and written skills within our office and with external agencies. They will possess resilience, adaptiveness, and a high level of reasoning and analytical skills, using a patient-centred approach, to accurately represent the complainant's issues in preparation for investigation.

  • Clinical background is highly desirable but not essential.
