Fine Dining General Manager Overlooking The Cities

Description

We are currently seeking a passionate and dynamic General Manager to lead the team and drive the restaurant's success. If you possess an entrepreneurial mindset, extensive F&B expertise, and a passion for delivering extraordinary guest experiences, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Entrepreneurial Leadership: Take ownership of the business, running it as an independent business while maximising profitability and maintaining the highest standards of quality.
  • Fine Dining Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of high-class nighttime dining and entertainment, ensuring an unforgettable experience for discerning guests.
  • Bar/Lounge Management: Oversee all aspects of the bar and lounge, creating a harmonious fusion of fine dining and a vibrant nightlife atmosphere.
  • VIP Clientele Relations: Naturally connect with and cater to many VIP clienteles, building strong relationships and exceeding their expectations.
  • Marketing and Promotions: Develop and execute VIP promotions and loyalty programs to drive customer retention and attract new patrons.
Required Skills and Qualifications

- Proven track record in fine dining restaurant management, with a focus on high-class nighttime dining and entertainment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and experience in managing both fine dining and bar/lounge environments.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and charm discerning guests.
- Strong understanding of VIP clientele expectations and the ability to deliver personalised service.
- Passion for the F&B industry, commitment to excellence, and gracious host personality.
- Ability to take ownership and run it as it were your own business.
