Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences in Fine Dining
This key role oversees daily operations at a prestigious restaurant, ensuring seamless service and a world-class atmosphere.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, training employees, building beverage knowledge, and driving customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily activities, ensuring high standards are maintained
- Develop and maintain employee skills and knowledge
- Build expertise in fine wines and beverages
- Drive customer satisfaction through exceptional service
- Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to WHS procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in fine dining or a similar position
- High attention to detail, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and resolve problems efficiently
- Excellent knowledge of wine and liquor
- Knowledge of food allergies, cash handling, POS systems, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work across a 7-day rotating roster (day and evening shifts)
