Our client is managing an exquisite fine dining restaurant & bar known for its exceptional cuisine and unparalleled service. We are currently seeking a passionate and dynamic General Manager to lead the team and drive the restaurant's success. If you possess an entrepreneurial mindset, extensive F&B expertise, and a passion for delivering extraordinary guest experiences, we want to hear from you.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Entrepreneurial Leadership**:Take ownership of the business, running it as an independent business while maximising profitability and maintaining the highest standards of quality.

**Fine Dining Expertise**:Demonstrate a deep understanding of high-class nighttime dining and entertainment, ensuring an unforgettable experience for discerning guests.

**Bar/Lounge Management**: Oversee all aspects of the bar and lounge, creating a harmonious fusion of fine dining and a vibrant nightlife atmosphere.

**VIP Clientele Relations**: Naturally connect with and cater to many VIP clienteles, building strong relationships and exceeding their expectations.

**Marketing and Promotions**:Develop and execute VIP promotions and loyalty programs to drive customer retention and attract new patrons.

**Qualifications**:

- **Proven track record in fine dining restaurant management, with a focus on high-class nighttime dining and entertainment.**:

- **Entrepreneurial mindset and experience in managing both fine dining and bar/lounge environments.**:

- **Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and charm discerning guests.**:

- **Strong understanding of VIP clientele expectations and the ability to deliver personalized service.**:

- **A passion for the F&B industry, a commitment to excellence, and a gracious host personality.**:

- **Ability to take ownership and run it as it were your own business.**
