Italian Fine Dining Server Position

We are seeking a professional server to join our award-winning waterfront restaurant. Our upscale Italian eatery boasts an elevated dining experience, complemented by an extensive wine list and exceptional service.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in fine dining establishments and demonstrate a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences. Key responsibilities include warmly greeting guests, explaining the restaurant concept, and presenting bills with professionalism.

We offer ongoing training, staff meals during shifts, food & beverage discounts, pooled tips, and a supportive team culture in a high-performance venue.

Essential Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 12-36 months of experience in a fine dining or hatted restaurant
  • Completion of hospitality studies
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • National Work Rights RSA
  • Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, wine, and food pairings
