Experience Required: Fine Dining

We are seeking experienced section waiters with a proven track record in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in the food and beverage industry.

This role is ideal for individuals who possess fine dining experience and a strong background in sales, with a focus on promoting wine and other beverages to achieve maximum spend per head.

The successful candidate will be able to ensure a memorable dining experience for our patrons, maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, and collaborate with colleagues to achieve seamless service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure exceptional customer service and deliver a memorable dining experience

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in the food and beverage industry
  • RSA certification
  • Proficiency in Italian language (preferred)

Working Conditions:

  • Evening shifts preferred
  • Ability to work night shifts required
  • Part-time hours: approximately 20 hours per week
