Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Executive Leadership Team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and document preparation.
  • Ensure seamless day-to-day operations, including managing supplies, organizing the workspace, and coordinating with vendors.
  • Foster a collaborative culture by planning and coordinating exciting company events, including team-building activities and celebrations.
  • Extend a warm welcome to new team members through a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Manage facilities and vendor relationships to ensure a comfortable and efficient work environment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an executive assistant or office manager.
  • Strong organizational skills, effective communication expertise, and the ability to thrive in a team-focused environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other essential office tools.
  • A positive demeanor, with a friendly and approachable nature.
  • A proactive attitude, with a willingness to adapt, learn, and take initiative.
