Executive Assistant to Executive General Managers Role

Are you a highly organized and proactive individual looking for a challenging role in a dynamic organization? Cleanaway is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level planning and administrative support to our Executive General Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars and schedules for the EGMs, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and reports.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, screening and prioritizing communications as needed.
  • Coordinate and organize events, conferences, and other special projects as assigned by the EGMs.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence and other documents on behalf of the EGMs.
  • Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all internal and external relationships, engagements, and communications.
  • Anticipate the needs of the EGMs and proactively address administrative requirements to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role supporting senior executives, preferably supporting multiple executives simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a high level of professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines as needed.
