We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team in delivering high-quality meals while maintaining exceptional food safety standards.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the kitchen team to deliver high-quality meals
- Manage stock control, ordering, and inventory to minimize waste and optimize resources
- Work closely with the catering team to plan and execute menus that cater to residents' dietary needs
- Monitor kitchen costs and implement strategies to reduce expenses without compromising quality

Your Qualifications- Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience
