Requirements:

  • Award in Food Safety required
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Previous experience as an executive sous chef or similar role
