Your day will be filled with various tasks, both in the clinic and on the road, ensuring that you have a varied and balanced experience. Key responsibilities include:

  • Ergonomic assessments to identify workplace hazards and implement strategies for improvement
  • Job analysis and workplace assessments to optimize job performance and employee productivity
  • Pre-employment health and functional assessments to ensure candidates meet the necessary requirements for safe work practices
  • Rehab case management to support clients in achieving their rehabilitation goals

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in occupational health or a genuine interest in the field
  • A current unrestricted driver's license and vehicle
  • An understanding of relevant legislation, including Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988 and Work Health and Safety Act 2012
  • Qualifications and current registration in Occupational Rehabilitation

Additional skills such as conducting ergonomic assessments, pre-employment assessments, FCEs, job analysis, or rehab case management are highly advantageous.
