Job Description:

In this diverse role, you'll have the flexibility to manage your own day with the support of a strong, close team of driven and energetic healthcare professionals.

As an occupational rehabilitation services provider, you'll work with clients with various conditions, both physical and psychological, to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes.

Key responsibilities include case management, applying clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes, and working collaboratively with injured workers, employers, and medical professionals.

  • Case management with manageable caseloads and support from Rehabilitation Assistants
  • Applying clinical knowledge to enhance return to work outcomes
  • Developing and implementing injury prevention and workplace education programs
  • Collaborating with injured workers, employers, and medical professionals

With a focus on creating innovative solutions, you'll play a crucial role in supporting individuals to move forward in their rehabilitation journey.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A qualification in Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, or Osteopathy
  • Full Professional Registration with AHPRA or Full Professional Accreditation with ESSA
  • Strong communication skills to build and develop relationships
  • Excellent time management skills to work autonomously and within a team environment
  • A desire to problem-solve with confidence, initiative, and results-driven attitude
  • A passion for injury prevention, return to work, and associated health benefits
