- Collaborate with clients, employers, and healthcare professionals to provide customized job placement solutions;
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance clients' employability, confidence, and independence;
- Broker new employment opportunities in the local area, facilitating swift re-engagement into the workforce;
- Maintain strong relationships with local employers and organizations to drive business growth;
- Compile regular progress reports and other documentation as required.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in Occupational and/or Vocational Rehabilitation, previous experience in Employment services/Disability Employment or recruitment, strong resume writing skills, a passion for assisting people to gain employment and enhance their careers, ability to grow our services and build strong relationships with key customers, understanding of the local labour market an advantage, and a current driver's license and vehicle.
