About the Role

Konekt Workcare enables Australians to return to meaningful employment following injury, illness, and/or reduced capacity to work.

This role supports customers and clients to maximise workforce participation and achieve positive outcomes in occupational rehabilitation.

The successful candidate will contribute to our success by providing expert services in this field. Their qualifications in Psychology and Rehabilitation Counselling will be valuable assets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers involved in a work or non-work-related injury, or who have experienced an illness causing work-related incapacity.
  • Support clients to return to their original employer or find alternative employment opportunities.
  • Responsible for effective case management to plan, coordinate, and monitor client progress toward return-to-work goals.
  • Engage with key stakeholders and build strong relationships to facilitate business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in relevant disciplines such as psychology or counselling.
  • Professional registration/membership with relevant bodies like AHPRA or ASORC.
  • Prior experience in occupational rehabilitation is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with diverse individuals.
  • Current Working with Children Check is required.
