Food and Beverage Team Member Opportunity
The role involves assisting with food preparation as requested by the Head Chef in a busy catering environment.
This is a casual position, working rostered hours between 6:00am - 9:00pm from Monday to Sunday.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with food preparation
- Delivering exceptional customer service and catering services
- Ensuring bar services comply with responsible serving practices
- Supporting stock management initiatives
- Maintaining cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Prior experience delivering food and beverage services desirable
- Responsible Service of Alcohol certification
- Sound knowledge of food safety standards and relevant legislation
- Eligibility to hold a Defence Security Clearance and Australian citizenship
