Job role: Section Waiter

Fugazzi Bar and Dining is a New York-inspired Italo – American Bar and Dining Room. Situated in the CBD's Leigh Street.  Recognized as the best Italian Restaurant in the state and 3rd best restaurant according to Delicious Magazine 2022, Fugazzi has also been listed in the top 82 best restaurants in the country according to the Gourmet Traveller.

Fugazzi Bar and Dining Room is currently looking for the industry's finest waitstaff in both casual and full-time roles to join our growing team to deliver a sense of sophisticated old-school style of hospitality experience for our guests.  The perfect applicant will have experience in a high-end restaurant environment, a strong passion, knowledge of food & wine, and excellent customer service skills.

Our full-time rosters consist of a four-day week, with two days off in a row and another day off on the weekend, to break up the working week.

The Role

Job description

  • Experience in running a floor section
  • Demonstrated excellence and experience in customer service
  • Good time management and ability to multi-task
  • Taking and processing orders
  • Ability to carry three plates
  • Wine and beverage service
  • RSA (Responsible service of alcohol)
