In-Room Dining Attendants

**What does the role look like?**
Working in one of Adelaide's most exciting hotels as our In-Room Dining Attendant, you will provide a superior, unobtrusive food and beverage experience to our guests. In-Room Dining at Eos by SkyCity is a 24 hour operation starting with breakfast, all day dining and overnight operations. This role will see you:
- Set up in-room dining operation during all meal services;
- Have extensive knowledge of the hotel's food & beverage menus and promotions in order to provide knowledgeable service including suggestive selling when possible;
- Provide excellent service of food and beverage at all times to our guests based on established hotel standard operating procedures;
- Clear, clean, and set trays and trolleys appropriately;
- Process payment through Point of Sale;
- Remember guest's preferences and guest's names to extend personalised service;
- Respond in a courteous and prompt manner to all guest requests and feedback;
- Anticipate guest needs and verify guest satisfaction during interactions;
- Consistently arrange and maintain assigned workstations and continually stock each station before and after every shift, in order to always be adequately stocked;
- Carry out adhoc duties and tasks as assigned.
**What you will look like?**
Delivering an exceptional and memorable experience to your guests will be your passion, and you will be a naturally energetic and self motivated individual, with suitable experience in In-Room Dining and luxury hotel environments. You will endeavour to make every guest experience a memorable one. Reasonable availability across a 7 day roster is a must, with ability to work overnight shifts. You will have a pleasant demeanour with excellent written and verbal communications. Your service-orientated mindset and attention to detail will be second to none, and you will enjoy working in fast-paced environments and prioritising workloads effectively and efficiently. Immaculate grooming and presentation is a must.
