- You will set up in-room dining experiences with attention to detail and guest comfort, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for our guests to enjoy.
- You will maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all service areas, adhering to strict health and safety protocols.
- You will handle guest feedback and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency, demonstrating a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
- Certificate II or III in Hospitality (or equivalent) is essential for this role.
- A valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification is required.
- Previous experience in food & beverage service or hotel room service is highly desirable, but not necessary if you have the right attitude and skills.
- You must possess clear, courteous communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
