About the Role

The Operations Systems Advisor will play a critical role in maintaining and updating operational systems to ensure optimal data management, analyzing performance metrics, and providing technical support and training on system functionalities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update operational compliance systems for optimal data management, including but not limited to CGR Risk Register, DoneSafe, OneTrust, CPOMS.
  • Analyze performance metrics and ensure compliance across operations.
  • Provide technical support and training on system functionalities.
  • Collaborate with various teams to enhance system efficiency and processes.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflows for system administration.
  • Ensure effective data management and system functionality.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed.
  • Provide comprehensive reports on system performance and compliance metrics.
  • Support the development and implementation of system-related policies and procedures.
About You
  • Previous experience in a similar system administration and data management role.
  • Strong understanding of operational systems and data management.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze performance metrics and ensure compliance.
  • Experience in providing technical support and training.
  • Knowledge in system-related policies and procedures.
  • Experience working in a highly regulated industry.
  • Experience in the Education Sector (preferred).
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (e.g., IT, operations management) (preferred).
