About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Senior Project Manager to join our team at OneSchool Global. As a key member of our Global Operations team, you will be responsible for planning, leading, and managing multiple organization-wide projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Management: Develop and manage project management plans, identifying dependencies, resources, and timeframes required to complete the project successfully.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with colleagues across different streams to ensure robust project management principles are embedded across the organization.
  • Project Management Coaching: Act as a project management coach and advisor for team members and senior colleagues across OSG.
  • Risk Management: Active identification and management of project risks and issues, including legal, data privacy, and regulatory compliance risks.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Preparation of project documentation, including governance/Board level reports, status reports, risks, and presentations.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitoring progress, identifying emerging issues, risks, and problem-solving ensuring all approval processes and any other program-agreed processes, procedures, standards, and guidelines are followed.
  • Stakeholder Management: Use relationships as the foremost tool to progress project delivery and achieve the best outcomes with all levels and categories of stakeholders.
  • Change Management: Apply a change management methodology to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
  • Training and Development: Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs.
About You
  • Project Management Qualification: Recognized project management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile, PMP, AMP).
  • Organizational Development: Understanding and awareness of different organizational development and change management models and approaches.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in a PMO within a large, complex organization.
  • Policies and Procedures: Experience developing and implementing policies and procedures.
  • Regulated Industry: Experience working in a highly regulated industry.
  • Global Experience: Experience in a global organization (preferred).
  • Education Sector: Experience in the education sector (preferred).
