Mid-Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Mid-Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our team.

About the Role:

Redefine the way the world experiences design as a key member of our AI team. We are building an end-to-end core product experience and conductor platform that powers our AI, aiming to deliver the most intuitive conversational experience worldwide.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the evolution of our frontend architecture for AI, ensuring seamless scaling to integrate features across our products into AI.
  2. Introduce AI to critical surfaces, such as bringing it to the editor for the first time.
  3. Provide technical leadership, shaping best practices and frameworks for smooth front-end integration from multiple teams.
  4. Implement critical features and foster collaboration across our organization, positioning AI as a central hub for innovative user experiences.

Requirements:

  • Experienced technical leader who still loves writing code.
  • Full-stack mindset with deep frontend expertise, comfortable flexing into backend or ML as needed.
  • Strategic thinker connecting work to company-wide priorities and scaling solutions that move the needle.
  • Takes ownership and thrives in ambiguity, driving high-impact projects with autonomy and minimal guidance.
  • Leads by example, uplifting engineering standards, mentoring others, and championing a collaborative culture.
