Staff Software Engineer Role

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of frontend systems across multiple products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align frontend strategy with business objectives.
  • Design and implement scalable frontend systems and reduce complexity.
  • Mentor engineers across various squads and contribute to growing a world-class engineering culture.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 7 years of experience in frontend or full-stack roles, with expertise in React and Node.js.
  • A proven track record of leading large technical initiatives in high-growth environments.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, product, and design teams.
