We're seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a strong frontend focus to shape and deliver exceptional user experiences in our AI-powered healthcare products.

">Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of user-facing features that enhance healthcare professionals' workflows and outcomes.

  • Translate complex workflows and AI-powered functionality into intuitive interfaces.

  • Collaborate with designers and product managers to iterate on ideas, incorporating feedback from real-world use.

  • Contribute across the stack – from frontend UI components to backend services – ensuring a cohesive, reliable product experience.

  • Champion best practices in accessibility, performance, responsive design, and maintainable code.

  • Mentor and support other engineers, helping to elevate the quality of our frontend craft across the team.

  • Integrate advanced AI models in ways that feel seamless and intuitive to end users.

Requirements

  • 5+ years' professional experience building and delivering complex web applications, ideally in a product-driven environment.

  • Strong frontend skills (e.g., React, TypeScript, modern CSS) and a track record of shipping polished, high-quality interfaces.

  • Solid full stack capability, with the ability to work effectively on backend services when needed.

  • A product mindset – you care deeply about solving real problems for users and measuring the impact of what you build.

  • Experience working closely with design, with an eye for detail and an appreciation for great UX.

  • Familiarity with accessibility standards, performance optimization, and responsive design principles.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence technical and product direction.

  • Bonus: Healthcare experience, knowledge of medical terminology, or previous work with speech-to-text systems.
