Senior Frontend Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Engineer to design and develop robust frontend software solutions that integrate with our Generative AI agents.

Your primary focus will be on building high-performance and high-quality systems and applications that leverage intelligent agents to power our platform. You will work closely with peers, product, design, and leadership to create intuitive interfaces and deliver sophisticated services to millions of users worldwide.

  • Design, implement, and deliver frontend software solutions for product features, integrating and orchestrating interactions with GenAI agents.
  • Write simple, efficient, self-documented, modular, high-quality code that follows best practices, especially for frontend interaction with NLP models and agent outputs.
  • Uphold a high bar of engineering standards and coordinate with Infrastructure and Quality, ensuring reliable display and interaction with AI-generated content and agent states.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to mentor and guide junior engineers in best practices for designing and developing user interfaces for AI-driven features. You will also contribute to frontend-specific evaluation and testing methodologies for agent interactions, ensuring the user experience is fluid and delightful.

To succeed in this role, you should have 5+ years of related work experience with a demonstrated interest or experience in developing user interfaces for AI or data-intensive applications. You should be a strategic problem-solver who excels at tackling complex technical challenges and providing innovative solutions that enhance product performance and user experience.

  • Experience mentoring junior and mid-level developers and contributing to frontend architecture for AI integration.
  • Autonomous with initiative and ownership, able to navigate ambiguity and lead projects in a fast-paced environment with a focus on AI technologies.
