About the Team

Our team is responsible for developing the core product experiences that power our platform. We strive to deliver intuitive and conversational experiences that empower users to effortlessly generate content they need - designs, documents, images, and more.


Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the evolution of our frontend architecture, ensuring seamless scalability and support for integration with multiple features across our platform.
  • Re-architect our frontend foundation to enable seamless integration with new capabilities like Ask Canva.
  • Design and implement scalable and robust frameworks that empower teams to build Canva AI independently.
  • Drive critical integration projects to introduce Canva AI to new product surfaces, including the editor.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to evolve Canva AI into a unified and accessible platform that meets real user needs.
  • Mentor engineers and champion best practices to elevate frontend engineering standards within the group.
  • Expand your skill set by contributing to backend and machine learning integration projects as needed.
