As a key member of our team, you will oversee the sales, purchasing and operations of our busy tyre shop. This role is ideal for a passionate tyre sales expert or store manager looking to take on additional responsibility as the next step in their successful career.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Running a successful tyre business to achieve sales and profit targets
  • Fostering strong relationships with customers to provide tailored recommendations
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve service and drive sales
  • Monitoring and controlling inventory, completing regular stocktakes
  • Supporting occasional workshop tasks like fitting, balancing, and aligning (as required)
What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience, demonstrated success and passion for tyre sales
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
  • A strong sense of self-motivation, with a focus on achieving sales and targets
  • A breadth of knowledge of the various tyre brands, sizes and applications
  • Strong mechanical aptitude, with an interest and willingness to learn more
  • A current driver's licence is essential
