Job Overview

We seek a dynamic and motivated creative leader to drive our in-house team. This role involves managing artists, ensuring all creative outputs meet high standards.

  • Manage a team of artists and ensure all creative outputs meet the highest standards of quality.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, such as regional directors, production coordinators, product marketing leads, and various disciplines within the studio.

This position is a dynamic blend of creative leadership and strategic production.

Strong leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills are required. You will work closely with directors, marketing teams, and studio stakeholders to establish and maintain a strong creative vision for campaigns, user acquisition ads, social media content, brand partnerships, and integrations.

Oversee the quality of all creative outputs produced by the team, ensuring they meet the highest standards and align with the established game's vision, art direction, and brand identity.
