Job Opportunity:

This is a key leadership role that supports the executive team in driving growth and transformation within a government agency. As an Executive Director, you will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives, providing high-level advice to senior leaders, and overseeing the development of enabling services functions.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of strategic plans and initiatives to drive growth and transformation within the agency.
  • Provide high-level advice to senior leaders on governance, change management, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee the development of enabling services functions, including finance, facilities, human resources, policy, and communications.
  • Drive major initiatives to support the agency's vision and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Strategic leadership with proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results-oriented initiatives.
  • Change management expertise with experience in leading major organizational transformations.
  • Corporate services expertise with experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams across finance, facilities, human resources, policy, and communications.
  • High-level stakeholder engagement skills with experience in communicating and negotiating with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Advanced planning, prioritization, and resource management skills with a forward-thinking approach to problem resolution.
  • Drive to promote a respectful, ethical, and inclusive workplace culture with a strong personal commitment to ethical behavior.
