Lead a team of experienced professionals to drive strategic direction and leadership for the delivery of critical government projects and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive briefings and provide strategic advice on risks, policies, and consultation issues to senior leaders.
  • Build and maintain key relationships with stakeholders, including Ministers, Directors-General, industry groups, and community organisations.
  • Lead the organisation with a focus on visioning, capability development, performance management, and resource deployment to achieve organisational goals.
  • Develop strategies to improve workforce capability, client satisfaction, and workplace health and safety for staff, contractors, and customers.
  • Align business systems and policies to support reporting frameworks and statewide programs.
  • Establish systems to track and report the progress of capital programs and strategic projects.
Technical/Operational Expertise
  • Desirable experience in business strategy and development in the context of the building and construction industry.
  • Highly regarded to have Business Strategy and Planning experience.
