
Strategic Business Growth Leader

We are seeking a visionary leader to lead our Planning and Assessment Service Line.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a multidisciplinary team, managing day-to-day operations and fostering collaboration among team members.
- Set high standards in client service and quality, championing our values and promoting a positive work culture.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to grow the Service Line, enhance our brand recognition, and drive sustainability.
- Ensure accurate reporting and active management of the Operations Work-in-Hand pipeline.
- Prepare annual Service Line budgets and manage working capital in line with targets.
- Collaborate with other Service Lines and Regional Service Line Directors to balance workload and facilitate cross-discipline coordination across the region.
- Work closely with Regional Sector Leaders to prioritize work-winning activities aligned with sector and client priorities.
- Contribute to the regional business plan, including risk assessment, growth opportunities, and resourcing requirements.
- Promote SLR's Health and Safety culture through proactive safety leadership and staff engagement.
- Strong network in the APAC region, with a proven track record of strategic business growth and client relationship management.
- Experience across diverse industry sectors and clients; strong commercial acumen, excellent organization skills, and attention to detail.
- Postgraduate qualification(s) advantageous; understanding of project management and financial management processes.
- Ability to mentor staff, set clear career development paths, and lead commercial aspects of proposals.
- Willingness to travel interstate.
