Job Description:

As a seasoned leader, you will oversee the Event Planning and Weddings teams, developing innovative solutions that elevate the guest experience. Reporting directly to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision and bring it to life, ensuring every detail is meticulously planned.

  • Inspire and lead a high-performing team to deliver world-class events and experiences.
  • Develop strategic relationships with clients to identify opportunities for growth and exceed their expectations.
  • Drive sales revenue through creative event solutions, enhancing the resort's reputation and market presence.

We seek an individual with proven expertise in managing conferences, events, or weddings in a luxury hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
