Lead Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our customer relations team in delivering exceptional service and support across the country.

About the Role
  • Oversee daily operations, manage complex customer issues with professionalism and empathy, providing timely resolutions.
  • Monitor service levels and ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and dealer networks to resolve challenging cases.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years proven experience in customer service and leadership.
  • Preferably 5 years' experience within the automotive industry, showcasing a deep understanding of customer needs and expectations.
  • Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
