Drive Success in Cloud Sales

This role involves spearheading market success for cloud technologies across a given territory or industry segment.

As an experienced sales professional, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leveraging your expertise to become a trusted advisor to clients.
  • Developing and executing Go-to-Market propositions in a given business sector.
  • Maintaining relationships to influence long-term strategic direction.
  • Collaborating with wider account teams to develop and drive pipeline.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, with experience managing sales professionals and delivering business objectives. They will also have expertise in financial services, including banking, insurance, and wealth management.

In addition to your technical skills, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to drive growth and deliver results.

Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in managing sales professionals and delivering business objectives.
  • Experience selling complex products to C-level executives.
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) or Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) sales roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • 10+ years of experience leading large-scale technical and commercial engagements in the cloud.
  • Expertise in financial services, including banking, insurance, and wealth management.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, including implementation projects and negotiations.
  • Able to drive growth of cloud technologies across a given territory or industry segment.
About This Role:

This role involves driving market success for new cloud products, such as Google Cloud Platform and G Suite. You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product Strategists to achieve strategic goals.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leveraging your knowledge of our offerings to become a trusted advisor to clients. You will also develop and execute Go-to-Market propositions in a given business sector, maintaining relationships to influence long-term strategic direction.

Collaborating with wider Google Account teams, you will develop and drive pipeline, contributing to the growth and success of our cloud sales initiatives.
