Cloud Solutions Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive customer success by accelerating their cloud transformation journey. The successful candidate will work closely with customers, sales, and service teams to deliver tailored solutions that address complex technology challenges.

  • Customer Focus: Collaborate with customers to understand their vision, goals, and context to guide and accelerate their cloud journeys.
  • Value Realization: Identify and accelerate the realization of value for customers throughout the cloud lifecycle through the adoption of cloud services, best practices, and partner solutions.
  • Enablement: Help customers achieve organizational cloud readiness, fluency, and skills through skills guilds, training partners, and experience-based accelerators.
  • Governance: Establish and mature operating models to drive scale and long-term success through the application of cloud frameworks and mechanisms.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of leading large-scale technical programs, a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, and successful program completion. Additionally, they should have 2+ years of customer-facing experience engaging with executives, technologists, or partners to solve business problems with advanced technologies.

  • PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience implementing cloud services, including migrations and modernization projects.
