We are seeking a seasoned sales leader to join our team as District Sales Manager.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for experienced professionals to take on new challenges, grow their skills, and make a significant impact in the field of cybersecurity.

As a District Sales Manager, you will lead the Cloud sales teams to exceed company objectives and drive growth in your region. Your key responsibilities will include pipeline review, demand generation, channel review, and overall performance management of the sales team.

You will be empowered with state-of-the-art systems, tools, research, and sales libraries, working with a team that is committed to your success.

Your Impact
  • Expand the district to scale with company growth and objectives
  • Hire key sales reps focused on net new logos
  • Participate in quarterly review sessions with key partners in the region
  • Directly influence top opportunities, focusing sales efforts on net new cloud native accounts with the sales team

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

**Your Experience:**
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 15+ years of above quota sales experience, and 5 years of sales management experience
- Practical knowledge of cloud security products
- Deep understanding of how to build a district in a fast-growing dynamic environment, leveraging the broader community and creating a culture within the region that supports the objectives of the organization
