About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Psychologist to join our team at ClearCompany. As a Senior Psychologist, you will play a key role in providing expert psychological services to our clients, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of psychological services, ensuring high-quality outcomes for our clients.
  • Provide direct psychological services to individuals, including assessment, treatment, and consultation.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to provide consultation and advice on psychological aspects of client behavior and management.
  • Oversee the management of complex cases, addressing risks and needs through comprehensive assessment and treatment planning.
  • Provide advanced clinical leadership, supervising staff and promoting best practices and high service standards.
  • Lead research and evaluation projects to improve psychological services and programs within our organization.
Requirements
  • Minimum four-year accredited qualification in psychology with full registration with the Psychology Board of Australia.
  • Eligible to be an authorized supervisor with the Psychology Board of Australia and willingness to supervise provisional psychologists and students.
  • Demonstrated experience in assessment and treatment, including mental health, cognitive impairment, and working with individuals who have committed serious offenses.
  • Current driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the region.
