We are seeking a talented professional to join our HONAN team at Marsh. This role will be based in Sydney office and is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of three days a week in the office.

This Account Executive opportunity offers a challenging and rewarding career path for an experienced insurance professional. As a key member of our Strata insurance broking team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing insurance solutions, and identifying new business opportunities.

You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored insurance solutions. Your expertise and industry knowledge will enable you to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met and exceeded.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio.
  • Prepare and present insurance proposals, ensuring they meet client requirements and expectations.
  • Collaborate with underwriters and other stakeholders to negotiate terms and secure optimal coverage for clients.
  • Monitor and manage client accounts, ensuring timely renewals and addressing any issues that arise.

Requirements:

  • Tier 1 qualification or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience in the insurance industry.
  • Knowledge of Strata Insurance Products and Services is desired but not essential.
  • Excellent communication and numerical skills with a proven track record of providing high-level customer service.
