Are you looking for a challenging role that will allow you to drive positive impact and make a real difference in the insurance industry? Zurich Insurance Company is seeking an experienced Enterprise Business Analyst (EBA) to join our Strategic Execution function.



About the Role

The EBA will provide support across prioritised enterprise-level initiatives, working closely with our Enterprise Delivery Managers (EDMs) to facilitate effective delivery of these strategic initiatives. You will be required to complete complex impact assessments, requirements elicitation, process mapping, process improvement, and solution delivery in line with our Enterprise Agile ways of working and organisational Value Defined Framework (VDF).



Your Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert business analysis support to priority projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and organisational values;
  • Collaborate with EDMs and stakeholders to define and execute strategic initiatives, leveraging your knowledge of agile methodologies and tools;
  • Conduct thorough impact assessments, requirements elicitation, and process mapping to inform solution design and implementation;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure successful project outcomes;
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving innovation and efficiency throughout the organisation.


About You

To succeed in this role, you will possess:



  • Tertiary qualifications or substantial business analysis experience, with a minimum of 3-5 years' experience in the insurance industry;
  • Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in Financial Services, preferably within Insurance, focusing on large initiatives;
  • Extensive experience with 'agile' ways of working, toolsets, and delivery;
  • Strong experience in business analysis, developing business requirements and IT development activities for insurance policy administration and registry systems, as well as CRM systems (Salesforce);
  • Inquisitiveness, curiosity, and innovation when it comes to technology and data solutions;
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
