Operations Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our Healthcare function based in Eastern Creek, NSW. The role of Operations Manager is to proactively and effectively manage the daily operations of the warehouse and associated distribution activities.

About You
  • You will have a thorough knowledge of TGA Quality Systems regulations, PIC/S Code of GMP, GWP, GDP, and appropriate ISO standards specifically ISO9001& ISO13485.
  • A thorough understanding of warehousing and management systems with prior Healthcare knowledge being preferable.
  • Knowledge of warehousing and distribution best practice including manpower and equipment needs to minimise labour costs.
  • A Driver's Licence (car).
  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems & ERP (SAP).
  • A qualification in warehousing or logistics would be highly regarded.
The Role

This Operations Manager position involves:

  1. Managing day-to-day operations using experience and organisation to ensure there are adequate resources to meet agreed objectives.
  2. Planning operational initiatives to improve profitability and/or productivity.
  3. Ensuring adherence to requirements of the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) Licences, the International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) accreditations and the Poisons Licence at all times.
  4. Engaging and delivering monthly business reviews (MBR) to healthcare customers.
  5. Carrying out these accountabilities within the HSE Frameworks that apply at Toll.

The estimated salary for this role is around $80,000 - $120,000 per year depending on your qualifications and experience. We also offer a range of benefits including professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
