As an Operations Manager in our Retail & Consumer function, you will play a pivotal role in leading the operational transition to a new, state-of-the-art warehouse facility. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, ensuring that processes and procedures are streamlined and effectively implemented.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team based in Prestons & Kemps Creek, NSW. As the Operations Manager, you will:

  • SUCCESSFULLY FACILITATE THE DELIVERY OF WAREHOUSE LOGISTICS FOR A KEY CUSTOMER.
  • Ensure compliance requirements of the warehouse are continually reviewed and reported to ensure both the customer and Toll's financial and audit expectations are met.
  • Maintain a Safety Culture that meets both organizational and regional requirements.
  • Manage direct reports comprising of team leaders and waged staff.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3-5 Years in Logistics and Warehouse Management.
  • Demonstrated previous experience in managing a retail/consumer goods warehouse function.
  • Proven experience in successfully managing employee bases in complex industrial industries.
  • Experience in warehouse transitions.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is AU$120,000 - AU$160,000 depending on experience. In addition to your salary, you can expect to receive a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, superannuation and paid time off.
