The Role: Warehouse Logistics Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Logistics Operations Manager to join our team based in Prestons & Kemps Creek, NSW. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities, ensuring streamlined processes and procedures are effectively implemented.

  • Facilitate the delivery of Warehouse Logistics for a Key Customer.
  • Review and report compliance requirements of the warehouse to ensure both customer and Toll's financial and audit expectations are met.
  • Maintain a safe working environment that meets organizational and regional requirements.
  • Manage direct reports comprising team leaders and waged staff.
About You

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • 3-5 Years of experience in Logistics and Warehouse Management.
  • Demonstrated previous experience in managing a retail/consumer goods warehouse function.
  • Proven experience in successfully managing employee bases in complex industrial environments.
  • Experience in warehouse transitions.

The salary range for this position is approximately AU$85,000 - AU$110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
