Job Summary

Experian is seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of the Education and Retail markets, addressing their unique challenges and needs.
  • Prospect for new potential clients and apply sales methodologies to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Participate in weekly meetings with your team and Regional Sales Manager to discuss progress and strategize for success.

Requirements

  • A desire to exceed targets and achieve business development goals.
  • Ability to book 15 new business and 10 follow-up meetings per month.
  • Collaboration with our team to tailor solutions and improve the sales process.
  • Demonstrate resilience in the face of challenges, rejections, and changing market dynamics.

What You'll Bring

  • 1-3 years' B2B sales experience and some exposure to enterprise software sales would be a bonus.
  • Agility in every conversation and curiosity in questioning to understand client challenges, requirements, and opportunities.
  • Drive, resilience, curiosity, and a sales mentality.
