Job Title: Operations Manager

The operations manager is responsible for overseeing all facets of the business. This requires a strategic, hands-on leader with a strong background in civil engineering and business management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day operations to ensure efficient workflows and implement process improvements.
  • Drive business development initiatives and oversee the generation of new work.
  • Assist in developing and implementing business strategies aligned with company goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership in managing cross-functional teams and driving results.
  • Experience in business development, budgeting, and commercial negotiations.
  • Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
