Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Leader to lead and support our sales team in achieving their overall targets.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success as a sales leader, with experience in driving new business opportunities and implementing effective sales strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A tertiary qualification in marketing or a related field is desirable;
  • Proven history of leading successful sales teams;
  • Demonstrated understanding of the psychology of sales;
  • Ability to motivate a sales team to achieve their best results;
  • Experience in the fitness and leisure industry or similar;

This role reports to the club's General Manager and is further supported by the Group Sales Manager. As a Next Gen Team Member, you will have access to genuine opportunities for career progression locally, interstate, or even overseas.

Flexible hours and days are required for this role, and proof of right to work in Australia will be required at the first interview. All employees require a Working with Children clearance.
