Assistant Manager Position

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, sales experience and the ability to work autonomously.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer service in store, inbound phone sales and property presentation and cleanliness standards.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and team management.
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with other departments to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience and sales background.
  • Ability to work a seven day roster and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
