About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at MNF Group. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including facilities maintenance and upkeep.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting room bookings, and event planning.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, document preparation, and correspondence.
  • Assist with new starter onboarding, workplace safety, and logistics.
  • Contribute to projects such as sustainability initiatives, diversity and inclusion programs, and corporate social responsibility initiatives.
  • Provide global administrative and virtual office management support as required.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years' experience in an administrative or office support role.
  • Experience supporting a large team of stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced office environment is desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and quickly learn new skills and concepts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive.
